We rented 2 boats at an affordable rate and received great customer service from the young man that helped us with the reservation and then helped us getting on the boats as well. The same can be said for the man that operates the forklift, too bad I don’t remember their names.
One suggestion is that if clients arrive on time then the clock should start when we get on the boat, not when we check-in.
