All boat rentals require customers to post valid credit or debit card information for security purposes to cover any damages or fines resulting from your operation of the boat.
All of our boats are rented with fuel tanks full. Customers will be charged for their actual fuel usage upon their return. In some cases, fuel use may be estimated based upon fuel gauges. Fuel price will be the rate charged by the marina on the day of use.
Operators of powered boats must be over 21 and must comply with Florida State Law, which requires that any operators born on or after January 1, 1988, must have proof of successful completion of a Florida Safe Boating Class.
The state of Florida Law requires that anyone born more recently than January 1, 1988. You also must have proof of successful completion of an approved Safe Boating Class in order to operate a powered vessel in the state of Florida. This is not our requirement, it is State Law and we will not violate it. In addition to this, our Insurance requires that any operator of our boats must be over 21 years of age. Those younger than 21 are forbidden from operating our boats, even if they have passed the safe boating class. If you are unable to meet these requirements, we can refer you to a USCG licensed Captain who could operate the boat for you, you will be required to pay and schedule the Captain directly.
Coupons and offers can not be combined. Only one coupon or offer can be used on one rental.

Coupons are not valid for weekends and certain holiday periods unless they specifically state that they are good for all weekends and holidays. Coupons cannot be combined, only one coupon is allowed per rental.
For persons wanting to use coupons and certificates from third parties be advised that there is a black-out period when these coupons can not be used for weekend and holiday period rentals. Call to check out the dates backed out. The third-party coupons are still redeemable for weekday rentals that are not in the excluded holiday periods.
Overloading any of our rental boats will result in fines.

Important Information
BOATS DO NOT HAVE STEREOS, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE MUSIC BRING YOUR OWN PORTABLE STEREO.
Customers, please return boats on time, often there are others waiting for the boat or our staff is trying to go home to spend time with their families. It is inconsiderate of others to be late returning the boat and it can often cost us overtime. Always allow 45 minutes to return from Anclote Island to ensure that you are on time. A grace period of only 5 minutes is all that will be allowed. After that period, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $100 LATE FEE. Don’t ask for special consideration we do not waive this fee. Should the boat not be returned within the first one-hour period after the scheduled return time an additional $100 late fee will be charged for each subsequent hour that the boat is late. These additional $100 fees will be enforceable at the beginning of the period for which they are to be paid; there will be no prorating.
Multi-Day or Weekly Rates:
If you are staying in the area on the water and you want to keep a boat for several days or even a week we have a program for you. Contact us to determine availability and pricing. We will work with you to enhance your vacation on the water.
Year-Round Hours of Operation:
A full day rental is 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. A morning half-day is 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and an afternoon half-day is 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
